Is coaching a form of therapy?
No. As a coach, my job is to help you make your life better. I do not offer therapy but coaching. The difference between a coach and a therapist is similar to the difference between a personal trainer and a physician: the therapist and physician get sick people to a level of basic health; the coach, like a personal trainer, helps basically healthy people achieve maximum wellbeing.
How does life coaching work?
A number of coaching tools are used to gain maximum positive effect. These tools may include a combination of questions, exercises and concepts that will allow you quick, powerful, helpful insights in a minimum of time.
